How do I check in?

We are located at Port Denarau. Look for our friendly staff in the Seventh Heaven kiosk (# 5).
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to departure so you have plenty of time to check in.

We cannot offer refunds for missed bookings or late arrivals.

What is there to do on Seventh Heaven?

Relax on our infinity beds (bookings required), loungers or sofas and soak up the Fiji sun. Dive into crystal clear water and snorkel to admire our ocean life. And, if you’re brave enough, take the Leap of Faith, a 5 metre dive off our top deck! Last but not least there’s a comprehensive food menu including authentic wood-fired pizzas and of course an international bar.

What facilities do you have on Seventh Heaven?

Everything you might need! Seventh Heaven is nearly 600m2 of luxury leisure space. There are plenty of seats and loungers both upstairs and downstairs. For your comfort we have multiple male and female rest rooms, a fresh-water shower and gift shop.

Along with the kitchen and bar there’s also an ice cream and smoothie bar.

What is included in my ticket?

• A return transfer in our very comfortable and spacious Seventh Heaven ferry (only a 35 minute transit).
• All facilities except the Infinity Beds which need to be booked separately.

What happens when the weather is bad?

Luckily Fiji has some of the best weather in the world. If we have to cancel your day on Seventh Heaven, you will of course be refunded!

How do I pay for food and drinks?

We are a cashless venue and only accept credit cards (Visa and Mastercard).

Please note that we charge a 3.5% credit card fee.

Do you cater for food preferences and allergies?

We have meals available to suit most diets or preferences including vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options.

Important:

If you have a serious illness or food intolerance it is extremely important to note that we are at least 35 minutes away from the mainland. Please use your own judgement visiting Seventh Heaven. Although we have first-aid staff, Seventh Heaven cannot take responsibility for any medical issues or be held liable in any way.

Can children visit Seventh Heaven?

At Seventh Heaven we put the safety and comfort of all our guests first. Because of this only children older than 7 can visit (with a parent or guardian). Whilst we do our very best to ensure everyone’s safety, children are the parents’ responsibility at all times.

Do you have any group packages?

Absolutely! Please check our family booking package and young adult specials. For large groups please contacts us at events@seventhheavenfiji.com We also specialise in weddings, birthdays, corporate functions and more.

What do I need to bring with me?

Please bring a towel, sunscreen and a hat. Don’t forget a credit card as we do not accept cash. Towels and sunscreen can also be purchased on Seventh Heaven.

Can we bring our own food or drink on board?

Sorry but we are unable to allow personal food and drink on board.

I cannot swim, will it still be safe and enjoyable for me?

Yes Seventh Heaven is absolutely safe but should you have any concerns please talk to one of our friendly staff. Life jackets are available for use should you want to take a dip.
